BRELA Incorporation
That AGTL is a company registered with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency of Tanzania, and therefore a real counterparty you can check.

Taxpayer Identification Number and VAT registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority — required for commercial export invoicing.

Laboratory confirmation that the consignment meets the specification agreed in the sales contract.
